TRONICX warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from TRONICX Official Website, Amazon TRONICX store(Only United States ).
TRONICX provides warranty coverage for products purchased through TRONICX's official website, TRONICX's Amazon store. This warranty encompasses all defects and the absence of any accessories related to the products, TRONICX reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a defect that is covered by the warranty. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
Return Policy
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 90 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once a refund is requested, the refund process will be initiated.
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, TRONICX refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself
Refund requests for the 90-day money back guarantee expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 90-day window has lapsed.
Warranty Policy
How Do I file a warranty claim?
TRONICX offers a lifetime warranty on all new products purchased from the TRONICX Amazon Store and the TRONICX official website. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at info@tronicx.com
After you contact us, our customer service team will respond to you via email within 1 business day to process your claim. At that time, they will address your issue but may ask you to provide relevant information.
For quality-related warranty claims, we will replace it with a new product of the same model for you. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, TRONICX will offer a full refund. If the issue involves accessories, we will replace them separately.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Process:
- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
- TRONICX must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
- The defective item’s product model and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
- It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection

- Order number from online purchases made through TRONICX's official website, TRONICX's Amazon store.
- Sales invoice
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Non quality-related issues
- Damage from outside sources
- Purchases from illegitimate resource
TRONICX is not liable for:
- Loss of data incurred from use of TRONICX products
- Returning personal items sent to TRONICX
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by TRONICX, TRONICX takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
